Pool Table Installation
Assembly, shimming and cloth, for a table that is staying where it is.
Plenty of these are a table that came through the patio door in spring and has been in pieces in the corner from that day to this.
Frame up and squared, bed bolted, seams filled and worked flat, cloth on, level set. A lower level slab is the firmest base a table will find, and the deliberate fall that keeps water off it is exactly what the shims are there to cancel.

The run of work, start to finish.
- Frame and legs, squared, clear of walls, posts and the swing of the patio door.
- Slate bolted, seams filled and worked flat until a ball runs over them silently.
- Cloth stretched on the bed and fitted to the rails, pockets refitted.
- Rails back on, rubber inspected while it is accessible.
- Level read bare, then read again with the cloth stretched.
Stairs on an installation add $30. One piece slates go up or down only under certain conditions and for an extra charge.
What finished looks like
We here at Minneapolis Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
