Off in order, back on in reverse: cloth, pockets, rails, bed sections, then frame and legs, wrapped as each leaves. Slate travels upright and strapped; rails travel wrapped.
Where a walkout is the route the pieces go in flat and in one run, which is quicker and kinder to everything. Where it is an interior stair instead the order changes: frame first so there is something to build on, bed sections one at a time, rails last.

What the number is built from.
- Home to home move. We do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table.
- We will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
- Whether either house has a walkout lower level, which is usually the best route in.
- The carry from the door to wherever a vehicle can stand, which on a lake lot can be long.
- Whether new cloth goes on during the move, which beats bringing a crew back for it.
A picture of the table and one of the door it is going through will sharpen the number more than any description.
What finished looks like
We here at Minneapolis Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
